Celestial Cloud 2 vs River Valley

Both from Dulux's palette. These are both blues, so the question isn't which hue to choose — it's where within blue to land. River Valley (LRV 44) reflects noticeably more light than Celestial Cloud 2 (LRV 32), a difference of 12 points that becomes especially apparent in rooms with limited natural light.
